Shipping Policy

For all US orders- We currently ship through USPS and UPS. There are different pricing options available during check out with different delivery time frames for the arrival of your package you can choose from. Please choose the appropriate shipping to ensure that you receive your order when you need it.

We work hard to try to have every prop in stock by the time you place your order. We strive to send all of our orders out either the day the order is placed or the following day. In some cases we may send it out two days after the order is placed. If for any reason we can not fulfill your order within the time frame of a day or two that your order is placed we will contact you immediately. This two day time frame DOES NOT include weekends. Please be aware of normal shipping hours and plan accordingly to receive your package in time.
In some cases we will not be available to ship orders during certain time periods and these times will be boldly announced on our front page.

For all International Orders- Currently our website is not ready to take international orders. However, we can certainly process your order if you are not located in the United States. Just contact us at sales@burningpassion.com with your desired order information and your full address and we will get back to you immediately with a shipping quote and a currency conversion.
