What is Fire Eating and Fleshing?
Fire eating is the art of executing tricks with focus on extinguishing a flame orally.
Fire fleshing incorporates any sort of fire play through touching the flame to skin.

Are you afraid of fire?
Let's break down the fears of fire that everyone instinctively carries by learning how to transform your relationship with the flame by touching, caressing, and loving the heat. Through the experience of touching fire with our skin we discover that fire does not hurt or burn us upon contact, redefining our understanding of what we can do with the flame. This class is the perfect introduction to the world of fire dancing as we will learn about our awareness of our boundaries with fire, fire dancing safety, fuel types,  and a plethora of amazing simple tricks to advanced techniques.

Paul is a professional fire performer of 12 years, teacher of the fire dancing arts, fire gear vendor and craftsman, organizer of projects building community, host to fire arts events, fire dancing safety coordinator to several festivals, and founder of a group in the Burning Man Conclave.

You need your own pair of fire eating torches.
We offer brand new fire eating torches that you keep for $40 a pair if you pre-order and pick them up in Central Phoenix or get them mailed (shipping not included) prior to the workshop. Otherwise, the torches are $52 if you pick them up at The Firehouse.
